Course Description

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is a combat sport that combines various martial art disciplines into one cohesive system. Our MMA program focuses on teaching participants the techniques and skills necessary to compete at the highest levels. We offer classes for all levels of experience, from beginners to advanced fighters.

4. Clinch Work and Cage Control

  • Footwork and movement in the clinch
  • Utilizing strikes and takedowns from the clinch
  • Controlling opponents against the cage

  • Strategies for dominating the cage and creating opportunities

5. Wrestling and takedown defense
