Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@thinkninnovate.com or through our refund request form.

• 14+ days before start date: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
• 7–13 days before start date: 50% refund of the total amount paid
• Less than 7 days before start date: No refund (credit note may be issued at our discretion)
• After program/camp has started: No refund will be issued

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered eligible under the following circumstances:

• Cancellation submitted within the eligible timeframe (see above)
• Medical emergencies supported by an official medical certificate
• Program cancellation initiated by THINK-N-INNOVATE
• Duplicate payment or billing errors

* Refunds are not applicable for missed sessions, early departure, or behavioural dismissal.

3. Processing Time

Once a refund request is approved, processing takes:

• Bank Transfer: 5–7 business days
• Credit / Debit Card: 7–10 business days (subject to your bank)
• Credit Note: Issued within 2 business days, valid for 6 months
